Abstract

The genealogy contains important information about the history of a nation. As Kyrgyz culture, genealogy plays an important role as it is in the whole of Turkic nations. The genealogy serves as a reference source when the national conscience grasps. In Kyrgyz history novels, genealogy is also used as a measure of the value that the Kyrgyz people give to people. While genealogy plays an important role in Kyrgyz history novels, it is seen that authors use various folkloric motifs along with genealogy. Within these motifs, the dream-seeing motif takes place in historical fiction. Another motif that attracts attention especially in historical-biographical novels is the motif ofdeclaring the inn.
