Abstract

The passing periods which are very important in social life of human beings can be dealt in main three groups. All can be deal in many titles and they have rich content and meanings. Marriage or marital institution is one of the passing periods which reserve feast in the center of itself. Many beliefs and practices goes on with rich and colourful content from tradition to modernity before wedding, during wedding and the after wedding. Some parts of that fact were forgotten because of several causes.In case many parts live at the present time. We can follow effects of marital tradition from folk litarature works.Especially marital beliefs and practices have a place in folk narrative, epic,legend and fairy tale which are known based on narration in folk narrative. Epic tradition for Turkic World which have a rich corpus, is very grateful field. In these epics, which named as aliptig nimag and have a numerous samples, are seen in a large number of archaism. About aliptig nimags have been numerous researched on analyze and text publications. In that paper after we study on marital institution which is social structure, and marital practices and customs first of all. The second, we insist marital value of Khakassian society and epics under titles of affinity, marital promise from time of childhood, dowry and marital feasts
